The CENOE worksheet is available as a fillable PDF and as an editable Word document. The content of the two documents is identical but you may prefer one format over the other.
- The fillable PDF will produce a tidy print copy but it will restrict the amount of text that can be displayed in the printed copy. That is, the open text boxes will not expand at all and will be limited to a few lines of text in a small font size. However, the digital copy (electronic file) of the completed tool will contain all the text you entered into these fields and allow you to scroll through this text.
- If you are able to work with the editable Word file and you don’t mind having the text boxes (and the worksheet) expand to allow as much content as you want in any of the text boxes, your print copy will be longer than the original template but will display all the text you have entered in each field; therefore avoiding the need to consult your saved electronic file to access the complete text.
